Sandwich  Recipes
As a kid, I almost looked forward to being sick and having to stay home from school.  Yes, I know......imagine that.

School couldn't compare with sleeping in, television, and TV trays prepared with mom's soup and sandwich lunches.

Remember how special you felt when she would start setting up that folding tray?  First the love......

Followed by tomato soup, some potatoes chips, maybe a pickle, and a bologna n cheese sandwich with  mustard.  I couldn't stand sandwich tomatoes in those days.

Sometimes, as I sitting on the couch with my TV tray in front of me, the Campbell's soup and sandwich commercial would come on.  There I would be swinging my feet and singing alone. "I see you're feeling better", my mom would say.

O, gee, back to school tomorrow.

Remember that jingle? Funny how a tune stays with you, Campbell's should be proud.

Below are free sandwich recipes taken from those little tin recipe boxes that use to sit on top stoves everywhere in the 50's, 60's, and 70's.
